Step 1
One of the easiest options is to use special USSD requests or send sms messages. To do this, open the official website of your mobile operator, go to the "Tariffs" section, select the one you want to go to and find the number to call.
Step 2
To change the tariff, MTS subscribers can use one of the following methods. First, dial * 111 # and press the call button. You will be taken to the mobile portal, using the menu of which you can change the current tariff plan to the desired one. The second way is to use an internet assistant. To do this, follow the link https://ihelper.mts.ru/selfcare/ and log in. Change the tariff plan using the appropriate settings. You can also call 7660166 or 0990 to contact the operator.
Step 3
Subscribers of the operator "Beeline", who are individuals, can call the short number 0611 or the number (495) 974-8888. Tell the operator your passport details, after which the tariff you want to switch to. If you represent a legal entity, please send a written application by fax (495) 974-5996. You can also contact him at one of the service offices.
Step 4
If you are a subscriber of the MegaFon network, you can switch to another tariff using one of the following options. The first option is to dial 0500 and press the call key. Then follow the instructions given. The second option is to use the Service Guide service (https://serviceguide.megafonvolga.ru/). You will need to enter your phone number and password. After that, using the "Service Guide" interface, you can change the tariff plan to the desired one.
Step 5
If you are a subscriber of the Tele2 mobile operator, call 630. Follow the prompts to change the tariff.
