Step 1
Apply to the nearest subscriber service office (salon shop, etc.) of your cellular operator with a request to change the tariff. Step 2
Call the service center from your mobile phone and ask the operator to switch you to the new tariff. Prepare your documents - the operator will ask you for your passport details. For Beeline subscribers, the service center number is 0611, Megafon - 0500, MTS - 0890. The operator will explain the cost of the transition and other conditions to you. To immediately switch to the selected tariff, you must have a sufficient amount on your personal account.
Step 3
Use USSD commands, calls to special numbers and other similar automated telephone services to switch to the selected tariff. To find out a special number or USSD command, find a detailed description of the tariff you are interested in on the website of your mobile operator - all the necessary information for the transition will be written there. Just be careful - look through the pages of your region, as in different parts of Russia the amounts and numbers may be different.

Change the tariff used in the personal account of the Internet self-service system of your mobile operator. Obtain or set a password for logging into the Internet system, if you have not already done so. Instructions for obtaining a password are provided on the login page of the online service. In your personal account, go to the section "Services and Tariffs" or similar - the exact name depends on your operator.
Step 6
Select the one that interests you from the list of available tariffs. The cost of changing the tariff will be indicated right there. Make sure that you have enough money on your personal account to make the transition immediately. If not, top up your personal account in any available way. Click on the "Change tariff" button ("Switch to tariff", etc.). On the next page, confirm your intention and wait for notifications that the application has been accepted and completed.
