And if you suddenly find the most advantageous option for yourself in this list, you, of course, can simply purchase the package you like and block your existing number. But there is another way - to change your tariff plan. Attention, the service is paid!

Instructions
Step 1
Apply to change the tariff to the employees of the nearest customer service office of the company "Beeline". Take your passport with you.
A personal visit is a prerequisite if you want to switch to one of the special tariffs, for example, "Mobile pensioner" or "Communication". In this case, you will also need to present a pension certificate or a VOG membership card (VTEK certificate), respectively.
Step 2
Call from your mobile phone "Beeline" to 0611. If you use a prepaid payment system, you can change the tariff plan simply by following the prompts of the autoinformer. In the case of a postpaid payment system, to complete an application, the operator will ask you to name your passport data in accordance with the contract, so if you do not remember this data by heart, keep the documents close at hand.
Step 3
Go to the website of the "Beeline" company in your region and find the tariff you are interested in under the heading "Tariff plans". Open the "Description" tab on the page of the selected tariff. You will see the phone number and the cost of the transition. If you haven't changed your mind and you have enough funds on your account, just call the specified number from your Beeline mobile phone.
Step 4
Change your tariff plan in the personal account of the Internet system "My Beeline". If you have forgotten your password or have never used the system yet, dial the command on your mobile

The password and login will be sent to you in a reply SMS message. You can then change the temporary password sent to you to a permanent one.
Step 5
View the list of available tariff plans and the cost of switching to them in the "Tariff plans" section (if you are an individual and use a prepaid billing system), or in the "Service management" section (in all other cases).
Step 6
Click on the "Change tariff plan" button in the line with the tariff you need. On the page that opens, confirm your choice by clicking on the "Yes" button. If you change your mind to change the tariff, click on the "Back" button. You can view the status of the application you sent to change the tariff plan in the "Request archive" section.
