Step 1
You can change your tariff using a USSD request. Dial the command * 111 * 2 * 5 # on the phone and press the call button. The phone will display a menu listing the tariff plans that you can switch to, as well as their numbers. Then press the "answer" or OK button depending on your phone model. Enter the number of the tariff you want to switch to, press the button to confirm the switch - “send” or OK. Wait for sms about the tariff change.
Step 2
Knowing the special number of the tariff that you like, send a message with the code to number 111. You can get information about this number on the official website of the MTS company. For the "Super Zero" tariff it will be 721, for the "Classny" tariff - 15.
Step 3
Dial 0890 from your phone, wait for the operator to answer, explain to him what tariff you want to switch to. At the request of the operator, give the code word or passport data so that he can make sure that the SIM card is registered to you. The tariff will change during the day. Calls from a phone in the MTS network are free of charge. You can call 8-800-333-0890.
Step 4
Use the "Internet Assistant" service. To do this, get a password. Enter the command * 111 * 25 # on the phone, then press "call". Go to the MTS website. Find the link "Internet Assistant" there, enter the received password and phone number. Following the prompts of the system, change the tariff.
Step 5
Within 30 days after activating the SIM card, you can switch to another tariff for free, but in the future, if you switch again or when a month expires, you will have to pay for each switch. The cost of switching to a tariff plan can be found on the MTS website.
Step 6
You can also use the services of consultants in cellular salons or specialized offices. They will advise you on new tariffs and help you with the transition.
