The billing system is popular among mobile service providers. The MTS operator is no exception. For the convenience of using the services, the company provides customers with the opportunity to switch to another tariff at any time.
Instructions
Step 1
Within thirty days after activating the SIM card, you can change the tariff once for free. In other cases (end of the period, re-switching), the transition to the new tariff must be paid. Find out about the cost of a specific tariff on the operator's website.
Step 2
Call the company's subscriber service at 0890. MTS subscribers can contact the service free of charge, so it is better to call from your own number. State the essence of your request and name the desired tariff or requirements for it.
Step 3
Go to the "Internet Assistant" service on the operator's website. Login to login is your own phone in ten-digit format (no eight). To get a password, dial the command on the phone: * 111 * 25 #. After receiving the password, open your personal account.
Step 4
Select the "Tariff Plan Management" tab and choose the most convenient one. Confirm your choice.
