Ipod Touch is a modern player for playing multimedia files. It allows you to view various video files, including movies. The computer program iTunes is used to download the video to the device.
Instructions
Step 1
Download iTunes to your computer and install it. You can download the program from the Apple website using a browser. Then run the downloaded file and complete the installation procedure according to the instructions on the screen.
Step 2
Launch iTunes from the desktop shortcut. Connect your iPod to your computer using the cable that came with the unit.
Step 3
In the left pane of iTunes, select the Movies section. If there is no panel, you can turn it on using the "View" - "Side Panel" menu.
Step 4
Open the folder with the desired movie and drag it into the program window by holding down the left mouse button. Then left-click on the name of your player in the "Devices" section.
Step 5
Go to the "Movies" tab of the top toolbar of the page that appears. Check the box next to "Sync Movies". Wait until the process of transferring the file to the player is completed.
Step 6
To download movies in.avi or.wmv format to your device, install a special program. To do this, use the iTunes store or the AppStore of the device. Search for the application "Video Player" and from the results, select the one that suits you best. Among all the programs are HD Player, Good Player and VLC.
Step 7
After installation, go to the menu of your player in iTunes and select the utility installed on the device. Move the movie file to the program window using the left mouse button and wait for the copying procedure to finish. After the movie has been downloaded, open the program to view it.
