Step 1
To activate the "MTC Connect 3G" service, you need a personal computer or laptop. Pre-familiarize yourself with the terms of use of the service and sign an agreement with MTS in one of the MTS showrooms and buy a CDMA modem there. Check the coverage area of this wireless channel in your area.
Step 2
When concluding a contract, an MTS employee will provide you with a starter package with a RUIM card, as well as the necessary software. Next, insert the RUIM-card into the modem and connect it to a personal computer or laptop.
Step 3
Install the appropriate software and activate 3G Internet access. As a rule, this is done automatically, you just need to agree with the system request and click "Next", if the automatic installation does not start, open the removable disk and select the "autorun" file. Agree with the system to install the file and select / specify a location on your hard drive.
Step 4
There is a section "Account Management" in the modem settings, where you can check the current one. Click on the corporate icon "Eggs" MTS on the desktop and open the modem interface.
Step 5
Go to the "Account Management" section and open "Balance Check". Please note that the balance request is only possible when the Internet connection is disconnected.
