Cellular subscribers constantly monitor the balance of the personal account of the mobile phone. This makes it easier to avoid situations when an important call did not take place due to lack of money. MTS subscribers can find out their account in several ways.
Instructions
Step 1
In the methods of determining the balance using a call, the phone must be within the network coverage area. Dial # 100 # or * 100 # from your phone. The reference number you choose depends on your phone model, but usually both will work. Wait for the text to appear with numbers indicating the amount of funds in your account.
Step 2
Additional balances (packages of SMS, MMS, minutes, information about tariff plans and services) are displayed when you call # 100 * 1 # or * 100 * 1 #. The choice of the option is also determined by the phone model. The information will be shown directly on the display.
Step 3
By calling one of two numbers: # 100 * 2 # or * 100 * 2 # - the balance of the packages of additional minutes, SMS, MMS and GPRS, which have a limited period of use, is displayed.
Step 4
Subscribers using the services "Credit" and "On Full Trust" can find out the amount owed by the numbers: # 100 * 3 # or * 100 * 3 #.
Step 5
To find out the balance of the account of the MTS number via the Internet, activate the "Internet Assistant" service through the operator's website. Enter the password set during activation, and use your own number without the "eight" as a login. On the service management page, open the "Account" section, then "Account Balance".
