Step 1
Use the MTS service called Internet Assistant. If you have not previously received access to it, then you need to get a password to enter. To do this, come up with it in advance. It must consist of a numerical sequence of at least 4, maximum 7 characters. For example, 6297 is a numeric sequence of four characters.
Step 2
Dial the sequence * 111 * 25 # from the cell phone keypad
Send the call by pressing the green handset button. For voice interaction with the access system, call 1118. Follow the prompts you receive from the system and set a password.
Step 3
Establish a connection to the Internet in a regular way, as provided by the settings of your operating system.
Step 4
Start the browser and in the address input line typ
Then press Enter. The website of the MTS company will be displayed in front of you. You will find yourself on the login page of the Internet Assistant.
Step 5
Go to the field with the name "Number" by clicking on it with the left mouse button. Enter ten digits of your MTS mobile number.
Step 6
Go to the next field "Password" by clicking the mouse, or press Tab on the keyboard. Enter the password, then press Enter on the keyboard or click on the red "Login" button on the screen.
Step 7
You will be taken to the main section of the Internet Assistant, to its main menu. It lists the main sections of this service. In the very first of them, under the general name "ACCOUNT", various options are available for obtaining the details of your personal account. Below there will be a link "Account balance". Select this item, and information about the balance of your money for communication services will become available to you. And if you use the link "Detailed balance sheet", you will get more detailed information.
