Step 1
You can activate the Neighbors service both from your mobile phone and through the website of a cellular operator.
Service activation using USSD command:
To set up the Neighbors service, dial * 105 * 615 # from your mobile phone and press the call button. Wait for confirmation to connect the option. It can come instantly or with a delay within 24 hours after the request.
Step 2
Connection via sending sms:
Send an empty sms-message or a message with any text to the number 000105615 and the service will be added. Be prepared for the fact that the confirmation response from the mobile operator may not come immediately, but after a couple of hours.
Step 3
Adding the service "Neighbors" through the official website of "MegaFon":
To connect the service through the company's website on the main page https://moscow.megafon.ru/ select "Moscow region", then click the "Rates" tab. In the pop-up menu, hover the cursor over "Tariff Options" and click. After refreshing the page, you will see the "Call options" button. Click on it and in the tab that appears, select the "Neighbors" service. This page will show prices for connection and additional information on the service.
