Step 1

Use the help of the internet system. You can find it at the address in the global network - www.mts.ru. Once on the official MTS page, look at the upper right corner. Here you will find a link to the system, click on it.

If you haven't registered a password before, get it. To do this, click on the "Get password" function. In the menu that opens, enter your phone number and the code shown below in the picture. Wait for the service message with an 8-digit password. Enter it in the required line, click "Login".

Step 3

Select the "Internet Assistant" tab. After that, click on the section "Tariffs and services", and then - "Service management". In the list that opens, find the one you want to deactivate, click "Disable", and then save all changes.

Step 4

Disable the "Neighboring Regions" service using a special command entered from your mobile device. While in the MTS network, dial * 111 * 21100 # and at the end “Call”. Within a few seconds, a message from the operator will be sent to your mobile with the results of the operation.

You can also contact the contact center for help. To do this, dial the short number 0890. If you are in roaming, you need to use the federal phone number: +7 (495) 766-0166. If you do not have a cell phone with a valid SIM card of MTS OJSC at hand, use a stationary device, dial the next phone from it; 8 (800) 250-0890.

Deactivate the service using the mobile assistant. While online, send a message containing the code 21100 to 111.
