When buying a SIM card, we often receive various services as a "gift". For example GOODOK. This service replaces the usual and boring beeps with your favorite tunes. After a while, you may be sent an SMS that this service is now paid and every month a certain amount will disappear from your account. Some users do not need such "gifts", and they start looking for ways to get rid of them.

Step 1
How to disable the dial tone service, option one. To deactivate the service, dial the combination * 111 * 29 # and the call key from the phone.
Step 2
Take your passport and go to the nearest MTS office. Ask your manager to disable this service.
Step 3
Call the short number 0890. Calls from mobile phones are free. Explain to the center employee that you want to cancel the paid service. If you are outside your region, dial the free number +7 (846) 2675000. From a landline phone or from another operator's number, dial 8 800 250 0890 (toll free).
Step 4
It is possible to deactivate the dial tone service using the Internet assistant. To do this, go to the official website of MTS. Find the inscription "Internet Assistant" on the page, click on it.
On the page on the left, you can read the information on how to receive a password to enter your personal account. To do this, enter your phone number on the site in the window and click the button to get a password. In a few seconds the code will be sent to you via SMS. Enter your phone number and the password you received. You will be taken to your personal account, where you can control your services, rates and expenses. Find the dial tone service and disable it.
Step 5
If you live in Ukraine, then send an SMS to 700 with the text off.
You can call the same number and disable the service using the voice menu.
