This service is very popular, but sometimes even the most favorite melody can be annoying. Then it becomes necessary to disable this option, which is called “Hello” by the Beeline operator.

Instructions
Step 1
Disable the "Hello" service by dialing the number 0674090770 on the telephone keypad. Press the "Call" button. All selected melodies and settings will be deactivated, but within 180 days you can reactivate the service by calling 0770.
Step 2
Refuse the service of replacing the beep with a melody by calling the free number 0550. Follow the instructions of the autoinformer. After listening to all possible options, press 4. In the next voice menu, press 1 on your phone keypad. The service will be disabled.
Step 3
Call 0611 and explain the situation to the operator of the Beeline help desk. Ask him to manually disable the "Melody instead of beeps" service. If necessary, provide the data that will be required by the operator. The service will be disabled.
Step 4
Apply personally to the nearest communication salon of the Beeline company. Ask a consultant to help you. If necessary, present an identity document. The "Hello" service will be disconnected immediately.
Step 5
Disable the service on the official website of the Beeline operator. Open your browser and enter privet.beeline.ru in the address bar. Click in the upper right corner on the link "Get password", if you are not registered in the system, enter your phone number and confirmation code and click on the yellow button "Get password".
Step 6
Enter your phone number in the "Phone" field without a prefix (+7, 7 or 8) and the password received on the phone number. Click Sign In. In the right column "Your account" find the item "Control panel". In the “Personal” item, replace “Standard melody” with “Normal beeps”. Save your changes. The melody will be replaced with regular beeps.
Step 7
If you use the services of the Beeline-Ukraine operator, disable the D-Jingle service, which replaces the beep with a melody. Go to the "Personal Account" or start it on the site poslugy.beeline.ua by clicking in the "Registration" section and following the instructions. In your personal account, find the item about the settings and the name of the service "D-Jingle". Click "Disable service". In addition, you can temporarily disable the service by sending message 08 to number 465, or disable it altogether by sending 012 to the same number 465.
