Step 1
Install on your personal computer the SkyStar 2 DVB card, which is inserted into a free slot on the motherboard. Make sure there is a free connector between it and the video card. Configure its software. The SkyStar 2 card can be used to view and record both open and encrypted satellite channels via a PC, in addition, it makes it possible to receive Internet traffic using an asynchronous connection option. Create a landline internet connection. To do this, you can use GPRS, ADSL modem or cable Internet. It is necessary to receive online dw keys for watching TV encoded satellite channels.
Step 2
Install the ProgDVB program on your PC. It allows you to watch satellite TV channels without an Internet connection. Adjust the program parameters, specify a specific satellite or configure DiSEqC in the case when a satellite dish receives a signal from several satellites at the same time. Download the plugin csc 4.0.0.4., Unpack the archive into the ProgDVB folder and install it. Move (do not copy) the msvcr70.dll file to the WINDOWSSYSTEM32 folder. It must not remain in the ProgDVB folder, otherwise this program will not start. Check the installation. To do this, start ProgDVB, click on the "Plugins" tab, the CardServer Client tab should be in the menu that opens.
Step 3
Update the csc plugin configuration 4.0.0.4. Launch ProgDVB, go to the Plugins tab on the CardServer Client Configure Server menu. Enter the following values in the window that appears: User name - login to access the sharing (issued during registration); Protocol - newcamd525; Password - password for access to sharing; Port - connection port (the number is issued when connecting); Card Server IP Address - server name or IP address; Optional Parameters - 0102030405060708091011121314 (des key). Click on the Add Item button, then on the Save Configuration button - the window will close. The configuration is over.
Step 4
Start the ProgDVB program. Select the desired channel from the home sharing package. The TV broadcast window of the scrambled channel will appear. If this did not happen after a few seconds, take the next step: enter the channel properties, double-click in the window that appears on the required CA type (ID) - it is issued upon connection. Click "OK" - the TV channel will start showing in a few seconds.
