"Pay When Convenient" is one of the new Megafon cellular services, which allows subscribers who have connected it to make calls even with a zero balance, and pay for calls much later. At the initial stage, the amount of the loan provided is 400 rubles, in the future, this amount can either increase or decrease (it depends on the subscriber himself, if the loan is repaid on time, then the loan increases and vice versa).
If you have this service enabled, but for some reason want to disable it, then you can use one of the options below to disable the "pay when convenient" option.
First option
The easiest way to deactivate the service is to send an SMS message to the short number 0500. The text of the message should look like "pay when it is convenient to deactivate". Usually, the option is disabled within the first few minutes, and a corresponding notification is received.
Second option
You can also disable the option by calling the short number 0500 and asking the Call-center operator to disable it. In this case, you need to be prepared to provide your phone number, passport details and the reason why you refuse this service. So think about your answers in advance.
The third option
Use your personal account. This method is one of the most reliable ways to disconnect and connect services, since a subscriber, having entered his personal account, can not only disconnect and connect services, but also find out about their cost.
So, to enter your personal account, you must first get a code. To receive it, you need to dial the command in the form: * 105 * 00 # and press the "call" button. After a couple of minutes, the code will come. Next, you need to go to the official Megafon website in the Service Guide and enter your login (phone number without 8 (+7) and password (received numbers and letters).
When you enter your personal account, you will have additional options, for example, connecting and disconnecting services, switching to other tariff plans, detailing calls for 12 months, etc.
