There are several ways to save the image transmitted to the TV screen. It is best to use a DVD player that can burn data to discs.
It is necessary
- - DVD recorder;
- - DVD disc.
Instructions
Step 1
Read the instructions for your DVD recorder. Find out the types of discs that can be recorded by this unit. These are usually DVD + R or DVD-R formats. There are also universal models that can burn DVD-RW discs.
Step 2
Connect your DVD recorder to your TV. To make this connection, use the connectors required to carry the signal from the TV, not to it. You can find out the name and purpose of the ports by reading the user manual for the recorder.
Step 3
If you want to direct the recording process yourself, turn on the TV and wait for the right moment. Press the Record or Record button on the remote control. Some recorders are equipped with a recording pause function. It is usually used in situations where it is necessary to cut out unnecessary fragments, for example, an advertisement.
Step 4
The functionality of most recorders allows you to use the delayed start method. Open the recorder settings menu and check the accuracy of the set time. Set the timer for a specific period in which the recording will be performed. In this case, it is best not to save disk space. Set the timer so that the recording starts a little earlier than the scheduled time and ends later.
Step 5
If you don't have a DVD recorder, use a personal computer to record the video. You will need a video card with a signal receiving port. Connect a TV to it using special cables and adapters.
Step 6
Install a program that allows you to view the image transmitted on the channel being used. Install the Fraps utility and configure its settings. At the right time, launch both utilities and enable the recording of the image transmitted to the computer monitor. Burn the resulting video file to DVD.
