To begin with, you can try to get the Internet settings from the Megafon company automatically: enter the page https://moscow.megafon.ru/settings, indicate which settings you want to receive, the make and model of your phone, enter the number and click "send". If everything went well, the phone interprets the received settings on its own
Step 2
If your phone does not have such an opportunity or, for example, you are setting it up, then you will need to get to the Internet settings through the menu of the device, in agreement with the user manual, and enter the following data there:
Connection name - optional
Access point (APN) - internet
The username / password is gdata / gdata (no longer necessary).
