"Service-Guide" is a self-service system of the cellular operator "MegaFon", using which the subscriber can independently manage services: change the tariff plan, enable and disable tariff options, check the account status and receive information about payments.
Instructions
Step 1
To use the Service-Guide system, dial * 105 # from your mobile phone and press the call key. A menu will be shown on the phone display, navigating through which you can select the service or option you need.
Step 2
You can also use the Service-Guide system using a voice informant. To do this, call 0505 from your mobile phone and, following the prompts of the informant, select the required command.
Step 3
The Service Guide system is also available through the web interface on the MegaFon website at www.serviceguide.megafon.ru. To access the system, send SMS with the code 41 to the number 000105.
