Surely you have heard more than once that cellular operators connect paid services to their customers that they did not order. It is not difficult to check if such a nuisance has happened to you. If you are a subscriber of the MTS company, use the online service "Internet Assistant". And if it turns out that you also regularly pay for services imposed by the company, in the "Internet assistant" you immediately turn them off.
Instructions
Step 1
Get a password to enter the "Internet Assistant" system. To do this, send an SMS from your MTS phone to number 111 with the text in the form: 25 password. The password must consist of 6-10 characters, among which there must be at least one digit, one lowercase and one capital Latin letters. There must be a space between the number 25 and the password. If you do not fulfill at least one of these requirements, the system will not accept your password.
Step 2
After you receive an SMS confirmation from MTS that the set password has been accepted, enter the “Internet Assistant” https://ihelper.nw.mts.ru/selfcare/. To check the list of services for which money is withdrawn from your personal account, order a report on expenses for the current or last month - the service is provided free of charge.
Step 3
Open the link "Account" in the list of sections on the left. Go to the subsection "Cost control". Set the period for which you want to receive the report. If the calendar month did not start yesterday, select the "Expenses for the current month" link.
Step 4
Indicate where the system should send the report: to your e-mail, by fax, or you later view it here - in the "Internet assistant" in the "Ordered documents" section.
Step 5
Choose the format in which it will be more convenient for you to view the report. As of December 2011, MTS clients were offered a choice of 4 formats: PDF, HTML, XML, XLS.
Step 6
Confirm the report order and wait for it to be generated. Study the received report carefully. All services connected to your number and their cost will be displayed at the beginning of the report, approximately - on the 2nd page. You can read the description of the services on the company's website. If the list contains paid services that you did not order and you do not need them, disable them through the same "Internet assistant".
Step 7
Select in the list of sections on the left - "Tariffs, services and discounts". Go to the subsection "Service Management". Find in the list of connected services those that you want to disconnect. Click on the "disable" link located in the line with the name of the service imposed on you. On the next page, confirm to disable it.
Step 8
Wait for an SMS notification about the disconnection of the selected service. In a few days, order a detailed report on expenses for the current period again - you can do this for free once a day. Make sure you are not being charged any more extra money. If you have any problems, take your passport with you and contact the office (shop) of MTS to resolve all issues with the competent representatives of the company.
