Today it is very difficult to imagine any person without a cell phone. Most modern phone manufacturers offer a small-sized card - a flash drive - in the kit. When viruses get on the USB flash drive, it needs formatting.
It is necessary
- - a computer
- - card reader
- - computer connection cable
Instructions
Step 1
There are several ways to do this. The easiest way is to format a USB flash drive in your phone through the interface of your phone's operating system (program). Most phones for a flash card have a separate menu and a "Format card" menu item. In some phone models, you need to find the "Memory" section, and in the settings of this section you can find the coveted "Format" item.
Step 2
Sometimes formatting in this way does not work, and then a computer will come to our aid. You need to connect your phone to your computer using the supplied USB cable. When connecting (pairing) devices, the flash card of our phone will be displayed on the computer as a separate disk. In the explorer, click on it with the right mouse button, select "Formatting". You can also delete all data from a flash drive without formatting, provided that all hidden files on it will be displayed.
Step 3
You can use another method - formatting with a card reader. The idea is simple: you need to remove the flash drive from the phone and insert it into the card reader (depending on the format of the flash drive), or use the adapter, which most often comes with the flash card in the kit. In many laptops, the card reader is already built into the case, while for the computer you will have to purchase one.
