Sending and receiving SMS messages is one of the most popular features of cell phones. Any telecom operator has a database of the cellular network, thanks to which messages are transferred between subscribers. The main base of the cellular network contains information about the subscription profile of the mobile phone and also information about the direction for the subscriber, that is, about where the mobile phone is currently located. GMSC-Mobile Center is able to send a message to the correct subscriber.
Instructions
Step 1
When receiving an SMS message, first of all, it must be read by pressing the read button on the cell phone keypad or on the display if the cell phone is touch-sensitive.
You can reply to an SMS message either immediately after receiving the message by clicking on the "reply" button, or at any other time.
Step 2
In order to reply to an SMS message from another cell phone, you must:
Enter the cell phone menu.

Find the item in the menu - "Messages"
Step 4
Find the item "create a message" in the messages and write the text of the message. And then send this message by writing the recipient's phone number or selecting a number from the list in the address book.
Step 5
You can also go to the item "Incoming messages", find the received message and select the item "reply", and then type the text of the reply message and press the button "send".
Step 6
If the SMS message was not sent from a cell phone, from the Internet, then it can be answered by sending an e-mail, via e-mail, using the Internet in the cell phone.
