Step 1

Use the Internet assistant and block the card through the official website of the MTS company.
Step 3
Contact the MTS contact center or the nearest showroom of the company and ask the employees to block your number.
Step 4
Get a new SIM card for free, while keeping the number, balance and even the services that have been activated. Contact the MTS branded showroom with an identity document with you. This can also be done by your authorized person, but in this case, in addition to the identity document, you will also need a power of attorney.
Step 5
If it is not possible to receive a restored SIM card from the employees of the salon-shop, order the "Delivery of a SIM card" service. There are several types of delivery - “economy” (within three days - free of charge), “expedited” (within a day - for 90 rubles) and “express” (for four hours - for 200 rubles). In the case of a paid delivery order during its registration, the amount on the balance of the personal account must be not less than the cost of the ordered service. The restored MTS card will be activated within half an hour after receiving the order.
