Step 1
To automatically activate the number when purchasing a Megafon network sim card, be sure to fill out an agreement in which you specify the following information: the purchased phone number, the name of the tariff plan, full name and passport data. Give one copy to the sales office employee and keep the other for yourself. The SIM card will be activated automatically within 1-3 days.
Step 2
If the card has not been activated, call the toll-free number 8-800-333-05-00 and tell the customer support officer the essence of the problem with providing all the necessary information. Or personally contact the nearest office of the mobile operator "Megafon".
Step 3
You can also activate the SIM card yourself. To do this, install another active card in your mobile phone and dial the combination: * 121 * PUK * 9XXXXXXXXX # and the call button, where PUK is the secret code that is issued with the sim card, and 9XXXXXXXXX is the phone number you need activate.
Step 4
On the official website of the mobile operator Megafon https://sg.megafon.ru/ go to the Service-Guide service, enter your phone number and PUK code as a password. Fill in all the data required by the system and send them for activation. In a few minutes you will receive an SMS message containing information about the results of the operation performed.
Step 5
To activate the Megafon-Modem sim card, connect the USB device to a computer with Internet access. Enter the official website of Megafon - https://sg.megafon.ru/. On the authorization page, enter your login (ten-digit phone number), password (PUK code) and the security code offered by the system. Click Sign In. Now, using the prompts on the page, enter your personal data. After that, the program will check the validity and correctness of the data you entered.
