The term "light music" is a general term for light-dynamic installations, both color (color-music) and single-channel, which create flashing to the beat of the music without dividing the signal by color. Installations of the latter type are simpler, but also very spectacular.
Instructions
Step 1
Use any unnecessary (but efficient) active speakers for your computer as a blank for a light and music installation without dividing into color channels. Also purchase or make an adapter that allows you to connect two pairs of speakers to one output of a sound card or other audio device at once.
Step 2
Disconnect the speakers from the signal source and from the mains. Open the housings of both speakers. Unsolder the wires from the speakers and remove them.
Step 3
Take two small reflectors from flashlights. Install in them bulbs rated for a voltage of about 2.5 V and a current of no more than 0.1 A. Using brackets and screws, fix the reflectors with bulbs so that they shine through the loudspeaker grilles. Connect bulbs instead of speaker drivers. Make sure that newly installed parts do not crush anything after closing the housings. Isolate them from other live parts. Be especially careful if the speaker's power supply is built-in rather than remote. When assembling, do not short circuit the primary circuits with the secondary ones.
Step 4
Close the enclosures of all devices. Connect two pairs of speakers through the adapter to the same audio device: regular and converted. First, set both powered speakers to minimum volume. On the audio device itself, set the signal level to medium. Then, on ordinary speakers, use the volume control to set the desired sound volume, and on those converted with the same control, set the brightness of the light. Don't make the latter too big to avoid burning out the bulbs.
Step 5
Please note that when listening to a stereo soundtrack, the lamps may flicker with different brightness relative to each other. Remember that in some diseases of the central nervous system, flashing light is contraindicated and even dangerous.
