You may also encounter protection such as phone lock. In this case, when turning on the phone, a code is requested, without which further use of the device is impossible. Use the firmware reset code or the factory reset code to change the code you forgot to the original one. To obtain the codes for resetting the firmware and resetting the settings, contact the representative of the manufacturer of your device. Provide the IMEI number, as well as any additional data that will be requested, then use the above codes to reset the settings.

The SIM card lock is designed to protect the owner's personal data contained on it. When you turn on the phone, a pin code is requested, without which the use of a SIM card is impossible.
