To log into your Google account and unlock your phone with a picture password, you need internet access. The only possible option is to connect to Wi-Fi. On some phones, it is enough to slide down the slider of the top menu on the screen and activate the previously configured connection. Otherwise, dial the command * # * # 7378423 # * # * through the emergency call menu, then select Service tests and WLAN, specify the access point and enter its password. Next, you can log into your Google account and change your phone password by selecting the "Security" tab, then "Two-step authentication", and then enter the password from your mail. Create a new password in the "Password Management" menu.
Step 3
You can unlock your phone if you forgot your pattern on devices running other operating systems only by restoring the factory settings using the Hard Reset function. This will delete all user data on the phone. In addition, careless handling of this function can lead to complete failure of the device, and it will have to be carried to a service center.
Step 4
Turn off your phone. Then simultaneously press and hold the power, volume up and Home keys (the center button or with the house icon). On some device models, the combination "power button + volume button" may work.
Step 5
Release the buttons when you feel the vibration of the phone. Use the volume control key to select the Wipe data / factory reset section in the service menu. Now follow the steps Delete all user data and Reboot system now. Immediately after rebooting, the phone will return to the factory state and you do not have to enter a picture password.
