A graphic key is an additional means of protecting a mobile device, which allows you to restrict access to it by unauthorized persons. However, it sometimes happens that the owner himself forgets this password. There is no need to panic in this case: the problem can be resolved fairly quickly. Step 1
The easiest way to unlock your Android pattern is through your Google account. First, we enter several times in a row any sequence of dots of the graphic key. After another unsuccessful attempt, the device will prompt you to provide an e-mail and password for the account. If you enter these data correctly, the device will be unlocked. This option requires an internet connection.
Step 2
On some devices and versions of Android, it is possible to unlock the pattern in a simple and tricky way. Call yourself from another phone, take the call. In call mode, go to settings, find the lock function in the menu and disable it. Unfortunately, this method is not suitable for tablets that do not have a call function.
Step 3
Some phone brands have their own "proprietary" unlocking methods. For example, a Samsung device can be unlocked through a Samsung account, a Huawei device - remotely through the Hisuite program installed on a computer to which a mobile phone is connected. On HTC, the problem is solved through the HTC Sync program on the PC, through which the Screen Lock Bypass application is installed on the phone connected to the computer.

You can also unlock your phone if you have forgotten the pattern by returning to factory settings. This method should be considered if there is no valuable data in the device's memory, because they will be lost during restoration. The launch of a restore to factory settings is different for different devices, usually a combination of mechanical keys. For example, you need to turn off Samsung and then press and hold the center button and the on / off key (some newer models also have "volume up").
