By the method of trials and selection, it was found that there is no particular difference between microsym cards and ordinary SIM cards. The only difference lies in the size of the plastic backing, so you can undoubtedly cut the SIM card to the size of a MicroSIM card.
It is necessary
Sim card to be cut; well sharpened knife; ruler
Instructions
Step 1
First, mark the contour along which you will cut. To do this, attach the MicroSIM card to a regular SIM card so that the position of the chips coincides. It is advisable to first combine in width, and then in oblique protection.
Step 2
Carefully start cutting the SIM card with a knife. In order to obtain the required size, slide the knife with a ruler. Because the plastic itself is soft, no special effort is needed.
Step 3
After separating the upper part, check again if the contacts of the chip match. To do this, move the MicroSIM card to the left. After making sure everything matches, cut off the bottom of the SIM card. Be extremely careful when doing this, because the bottom edge is very thin.
Step 4
Proceed to the right and left sides
Step 5
Cut off the top left corner.
Step 6
Configure a trimmed SIM card.
