Instructions
Step 1
It is possible to activate the "Credit of Trust" for free. To do this, you just need to contact the nearest office of the Megafon operator and ask the consultant to calculate the credit limit for you (you can change it later at any time). However, please note that you will need to take your passport and the contract for the provision of communication services with you. By the way, there is no subscription fee (as well as connection fees).
Step 2
You can activate the "Credit of Trust" without contacting the office of the company. To connect on your own, you need to call. After that, it remains only to choose the appropriate package (they differ from each other only in the amount, which ranges from 300 to 1700 rubles). The subscription fee in this case is also not charged.
Step 3
The service can be deactivated at any time, and both in the Megafon office and without leaving home, it will be enough to dial a short command * 138 * 2 # on the mobile phone keypad. If you change your mind and want to reactivate the "Credit of Trust", repeat step number 1 or 2 (there are no restrictions on the number of connections).
Step 4
Megafon subscribers can also manage services (including Credit of Trust) using the Service-Guide self-service system. Pre-connect it in the communication salon, contact center, or on your own (use the web-interface of the system for this).
