Cellular operators provide their subscribers with an invoice detailing service upon request. By contacting the operator, you can get a printout of calls made from this phone number.
Instructions
Step 1
Order invoice details on the operator's official website. Open your browser and go to the desired site. If you are not registered yet, please register by following the prompts on the page. Log in to your personal account.
Step 2
If you are a subscriber of the MTS company, click the "Account" button. Click further on the submenu "Cost control" and below click on "Call detailing". Fill in the required fields, select the method of receiving details "by e-mail". After a while, you will receive a letter by mail.
Step 3
Connect "Mobile Detailing" in the MTS network. Dial on the phone either the command * 111 * 551 #, or * 111 * 556 #. In both cases, press the call button. In addition, you can send a free message with the text 551 to 1771.
Step 4
If you are registered with Beeline, select the "Financial Information" block on the website. In this block, click on "View call details". Select the detail period, detail file format and complete the order. The report will appear in the "Ready reports" section in the "Financial information" block.
Step 5
If you use the services of MegaFon, on the official website, click the item "One-time detailing" in the menu on the left. Select the detail period (a period of one day is not charged, unlike a longer time). Enter your email address and select the format in which the detail file will be saved. Click the "Order" button. A letter with a printout of calls will be sent to your e-mail.
Step 6
Order Express Detailing in MegaFon by dialing * 113 # on your phone and pressing the call button. Or send an empty free SMS to number 5039. In these cases, the details will be sent to your phone as an MMS message. You can also send your e-mail address to number 5039, where the details of calls will be sent.
Step 7
Contact your service provider's office for a printout of calls from your phone. Show the company employee your passport to identify you as the owner of the phone and the contract drawn up when concluding the services.
