Users of the Megafon network can request from a telecom operator a service called Account Detailing using the Service-Guide self-service system. Its search will not take you much time, since you only need to visit the official website of the company and go to the corresponding section on it. By the way, all sections are listed on the main page on the left. Also remember that you can always contact any of the Megafon communication salons or one of the customer support offices.
Step 2
Obtaining details of the subscriber's personal account from the MTS telecom operator is possible thanks to the special USSD number * 111 * 551 #. With it, you can find out what actions have been performed from your mobile in the last three days. In addition, all subscribers are provided with a short number 1771, to which they need to send an SMS. In the text of such a message, you must specify the code 551. "Mobile portal" also allows you to get the information you need on the account. After activating the "Detailing" service, dial the number 556 on the telephone keypad and send it to the indicated number 1771 (it will allow you to use the service itself, that is, to make detailing).
Step 3
In the "Beeline" company, customers can also request details of their personal account. In other words, any subscriber will be able to receive information about the duration of the calls made (both incoming and outgoing), date, type (whether it was, for example, a call from a mobile phone, service or from a city number). In addition, there is an opportunity to find out about the cost of all sent messages, negotiations, and also about the conducted GPRS sessions. To obtain details, the user of the postpaid settlement system must go to the appropriate section of the company's website or send a written application by fax (number (495) 974-5996). A website is also available for prepaid customers. At any time, you can ask for help in the "Beeline" communication salon.
