Some subscribers (if not even many) need to receive a printout of their phone calls. In fact, no mobile operator provides such a service, as they say on the official websites. The maximum they can offer you is to detail the invoice, that is, provide a list of numbers (incoming and outgoing), the duration of negotiations, their cost, and so on.
Instructions
Step 1
The MTS operator is one of those who provide the Mobile Detailing service. With its help, you can get a printout of not only the numbers from which you were called and to which you yourself called, but also the numbers to which (or from which) sms and mms messages were sent, as well as find out about the volume of Internet sessions, the cost of telephone calls. To use the offered service, dial the free USSD number * 111 * 551 # or * 111 * 556 #, and then press the call key. In addition, you can detail your account using the "Mobile Portal" or number 1771, to which you need to send an SMS with the text 556. The "Mobile Detailing" service is provided absolutely free of charge, there is no monthly fee.
Step 2
Receiving a printout of dialed and incoming numbers, the time of receiving messages (sms and mms), information about GPRS sessions is also available from the Megafon service provider. Each subscriber can get the details of the invoice through the "Service-Guide" self-service system (it is located on the official website of the company) or in the nearest communication salon.
Step 3
Subscribers of the "Beeline" operator can also use the service called "Account Detailing". It makes it possible to find out not only the duration of calls, but also their type (for example, landline or mobile), the date of conversations and the acceptance / sending of various messages (including voice), and of course, about the numbers from which the calls or messages came. You can get information about your account if you send a written application by fax (495) 974-5996 or mailbox [email protected]. Detailed invoice is also possible through the operator's website, customer support center or Beeline communication salon. By the way, if you decide to contact the operator's office or a communication salon, be sure to take your passport and an agreement for the provision of communication services with you.
