Choosing one of the offered packages, you have the opportunity to use traffic at any time and in any quantity, paying only a small monthly fee for this. If you want to deactivate the service, you can do it yourself.
Instructions
Step 1
Deactivate the "Unlimited Internet" service using the self-service system. To do this, use the Internet connection. Go to the official website of the mobile operator Megafon. In the field located on the top panel, select your region from the drop-down list. Then click on the link "Service Guide".
Step 2
If you do not have a password to access the system, get one. To do this, dial * 105 * 00 # on your mobile phone. Wait for a response message from the operator with an individual password. Enter it and the phone number in the appropriate boxes.
Step 3
Once on the personal account page, select the "Services and tariff" section in the menu, and then - "Change tariff options". Find the option "Unlimited Internet", uncheck the box and save the changes. Please note that if the service is canceled, it will be deactivated on the last day of the paid period.
Step 4
Disable the service using the USSD command. The code depends on the package you connected. If you are using Basic, dial * 236 * 1 * 0 #. If you are a user of the "Optimal" package, deactivate the service by dialing * 236 * 2 * 0 #. For the "Progressive" package, the following command is set to disable: * 236 * 3 * 0 #, and for "Maximum" - * 236 * 4 * 0 #. After entering the command, an SMS message with the results of the operation will be sent to your phone.
