Step 1
There are several ways to disable the service providing unlimited Internet. For example, on the official website of the MTS company, by selecting the "Help and Service" tab on the main page. In the window that opens, find the "Self-Service Services" section and select "Internet Assistant". You will have to enter your phone number without the eight and a password, which will give the right to access.
Step 2
A password is a 6-10-character combination, in which at least one digit, one lowercase and one uppercase letter of the Latin alphabet must be present. Send it from your mobile phone as an SMS, which should look like this: 25 (space) password number. If you enter the wrong password three times, it will be blocked. In this case, you will have to come up with a new combination of letters and numbers. After clicking "Enter", proceed according to the navigation instructions.
Step 3
Another way to turn off unlimited internet could be like this. Select the "Internet and TV" tab on the main page of the MTS official website. In the window that opens, find the section you are interested in, for example, "Internet from your phone". Let's say you need to turn off the mobile Internet with the "BIT" tariff option. Click on the appropriate section, select "Details", then - "How to connect / disconnect". Your attention will be provided with several disconnection methods, from which you can choose the most convenient: sending SMS to a short number or dialing a certain combination of numbers.
Step 4
Another way to disconnect from the service providing unlimited Internet is to contact the MTS subscriber service by dialing 0890 on your mobile phone. Wait for a response from the call-center operator and follow his recommendations. You can also ask your question online on the official MTS website. Click on any section from the main page, and select "Ask a question".
