If an MTS subscriber has the Beep service activated, then instead of the usual beeps, the set melody will be heard. However, this service is paid. And after some time, some customers want to turn it off.

Step 1
If you want to cancel the "Beep", please contact the "Internet Assistant" system. All network subscribers can use it without any restrictions. It will not matter where you are: in Russia or in Ukraine. To enter the system, open the official website of the MTS company, on the main page, click on the "Internet Assistant" column. Next, you will be taken to the authorization form, in which you need to enter your phone number and password. To get a password, send a USSD command to the operator * 111 * 25 # or call 1118.
Step 2
As soon as you receive all the necessary data and enter the system, in the menu located on the left side of the page, click on the item "Tariffs and services", and then on "Service management". Immediately after that, you will see a list of services connected to your number. Opposite the "Beep" button will be located "Disable", click on it.
Step 3
Mobile Assistant is another service for managing services. In order, thanks to him, to unsubscribe from an unnecessary subscription, simply by calling the short number 111. The deactivation procedure is completely free. But the operator warns subscribers that it is better to carry out this procedure at the end of the month. If you cancel the service in the first days of the month, then the money for the service will still be written off as for a whole month.
Step 4
It should be noted that MTS clients can refuse the entire service at once, and separately from any connected melody. To do this, the operator provides subscribers from Ukraine with the number 700. You can send an SMS message with the text off or just call to it. After dialing, listen to all the instructions of the voice menu, then select the section "Disabling GOOD'OK service".
Step 5
If you have any problems with the deactivation of the service, contact the official communication salon of the company. An employee will help you make all the necessary manipulations to turn off the "Beep" you do not need.
