Necessary

a set of keys, a screwdriver, a thin steel wire, a set for installing an amplifier

Instructions

Step 1

When installing the amplifier, try to place it under the front seat of the car if possible. Make sure there are no air ducts or any device installed under the seat. Install the amplifier on the same side as the battery - this will help to shorten the supply wires.

Step 2

Remove the front seat, disconnect the electric heating and seat adjustment connector. Pull the seat carefully out of the car. This will ease the work of wiring the amplifier, and it will be easier for you to secure the amplifier in its future location.

Step 3

Remove the plastic sill trim.

Step 4

Make a power plus. To do this, find the corrugation of the common wiring harness under the hood. Unwind the insulating tape securing the edge of the corrugation to pull the power cable through it.

Step 5

Pass a thin steel wire through the corrugation and push it into the cabin until the end appears in the cabin. Connect the end of the power wire to the end of the wire. Pull the power cable through the rib under the hood. Cover the front edge of the bellows with duct tape to prevent water from entering the engine compartment when driving in rainy weather.

Step 6

Connect a short piece of power cable with the fuse holder connected to the positive of the battery. Connect the power cable to a free contact on the fuse holder. Fasten the fuse holder so that there is easy access to replace the fuse. Connect the other end of the power wire to the positive side of the amplifier's supply block.

Step 7

Make a power minus. To do this, find any bolt next to the amplifier that is connected to the car body. Unscrew the bolt, strip the paint under the bolt head and wind the stripped end of the negative wire around the bolt in one turn in the direction of the bolt tightening. Install the bolt and tighten it well. Connect the other end of the wire to the negative of the amplifier power supply.

Step 8

Run the signal cable and the control wire to turn on the amplifier under the carpeted floor. Connect these wires to your amplifier and radio.

Step 9

Run the speaker wires to the amplifier and connect it. Route all cables in the same vehicle wiring harness, only route the signal cable separately.

Step 10

Secure the amplifier under the seat with metal screws.

Step 11

Turn on the amplifier and adjust it.

Step 12

Install the plastic sill trim.

Step 13

Install the front seat.
