Step 1
Dial * 111 * 123 # from your mobile phone or Connect Manager and press the Call button to take the promised payment to MTS. In addition, you can use the "Internet Assistant" on the official MTS website. Open the "Payment" section and activate the "Promised payment" function. The third way to activate the service is to call the short number 1113. Follow the voice instructions to get the opportunity to make calls in advance.
Step 2
You can take the promised payment on MTS in one size or another. If you choose an advance payment of less than 30 rubles, the service will be provided free of charge. If you wish to use a payment of 30 rubles or more, an additional 7 rubles will be debited from your mobile account.
Step 3
The amount of the advance payment provided may increase over time if the subscriber is actively using mobile services. If your monthly costs are less than 300 rubles, the maximum possible amount of the trust will be up to 200 rubles, from 301 to 500 - up to 400 rubles, from 501 - up to 800 rubles.
Step 4
Subscribers of all tariff plans, except for “MTS iPad”, “Your Country” and “Guest”, can take a trust payment on MTS. At the same time, the subscriber should not pay for communication through a deferred payment, use the services "Credit" or "On full trust", and also have another active promised payment.
Step 5
To check the active promised payment, dial * 111 * 1230 # from your mobile phone. You can also use the "Internet Assistant" or call 11131. The balance is reflected in accordance with the amount of the promised payment set by the subscriber. To pay off the provided advance, it is enough to replenish the personal account in any way convenient for the subscriber. Both partial and full repayment of the issued payment is allowed.
