Step 1
To ensure that the information stored on the memory card is not damaged during the phone reset process, remove it from the phone. Step 2
After that, enter the service code * # 7370 # on the keyboard. Confirmation will be requested to execute the command, after which the smartphone will be restarted. During the restart process, all personal data will be completely deleted, including messages, calendar events, contacts, installed programs, etc. Once turned on, your Nokia smartphone will be factory-reset.
Step 3
Now you can insert the memory card and perform data recovery. Select Application Manager again and restore. Contacts, messages and other information will be returned to the phone.
