Instructions
Step 1
To make a call from a mobile phone, first you need to check if you have enough funds on your personal account to make a call.
Step 2
Make sure your tariff plan has an international call service activated. To do this, try to make a call, if this does not work out - contact the helpdesk of the network, where the support operator will help you to clarify the possibility of connecting this service and will familiarize you with the tariffication of calls.

Before making an international call from a mobile phone, read the terms of the tariff plan so as not to spend unexpectedly a lot of money.

Dial the subscriber's number in the format + 382xxxyyyyyy, where +382 is the Montenegro code, xxx is the mobile network prefix, and yyyyyy is the mobile network subscriber number.
Step 5
To call from a landline phone, first dial 8 and wait for a dial tone (long distance prefix), then 10 (international prefix), 382 (Montenegro code), area code or mobile network prefix and subscriber number.
Step 6
To call a landline phone, dial +382, followed by the city code in Montenegro and then the 6-digit subscriber number.
Step 7
To call a subscriber of a Russian operator outside of Russia, you just need to dial his number in the format +7 - *** - *******. If the subscriber has activated the international roaming service, the voice connection will be established.
