Step 1
First try resetting your mobile phone using the standard functions of this unit. Open the main menu of the mobile device and select the "Settings" item.

In the event that you need to completely remove all unnecessary information and applications, enter the service code * # 7370 #. Take care in advance to save important information located in the device's memory.
