Step 1
You can block the SIM card of the Beeline operator by calling 0611 (from a mobile, the same for all regions) or by local phones (in Moscow 974-88-88, in St. Petersburg 740-60-00, you can check the phones of other cities at website). You can also block the number directly on the official website of Beeline.
Step 2
Upon request, you can subsequently restore the SIM card and number while maintaining your tariff. Most operators perform number recovery free of charge. This can be done by sending a written application by fax (in Moscow 974-59-96, in St. Petersburg 740-60-01, fax numbers in other cities should be checked on the website) or by contacting the Customer Service Center. The written application form can be downloaded on the official website of Beeline.
Step 3
From the documents, you will need passport data (for individuals) or the legal address of the organization and TIN (for legal entities) to block the number.
To unblock the number, you must write a written application indicating your passport data.
You will have to name the passport details that were indicated in the contract. Therefore, if the phone is not registered to you, you must first clarify the data of the person to whom the phone was registered. If you changed your last name, please indicate the old name. If you have changed your passport, please indicate your old passport details.
