A service called "Live Balance" allows subscribers of some mobile operators (in particular, MegaFon and MTS) to find out in real time the status of your personal account directly from the phone screen.
Instructions
Step 1
When the service is installed in MegaFon, any change in balance will be displayed on the display of the mobile phone with minimal delays (whether it is topping up the account, using the Internet, paid calls or sending SMS and SMS messages). Thus, the "Live Balance" will allow you to control the funds spent without performing any additional actions. The service can be activated by sending an SMS message to the number 000134 with the text 1. In addition, at any time you can dial the USSD request * 134 * 1 # or call the information and inquiry service number 0500. Disabling the live balance is available by command * 134 * 2 #.
Step 2
This service works both in the home network and in roaming. However, not on all phones. To check if your mobile phone supports this function, you need to dial the short USSD-number * 134 # on the keyboard. If everything is in order, that is, the service is supported by the device, then after a while you will see the current balance of your personal account on the display. It is recommended to reboot to remove the test information from the phone screen. Both connection and disconnection of the service are provided free of charge. You will only be charged an additional fee if you contact the MegaFon Call Center.
Step 3
"Live balance" in MTS will allow subscribers to automatically receive up-to-date information about the account balance after the end of an outgoing call (voice). Information about the state of the account can be displayed both in the form of an SMS message, and via USSD or a voice message. In order to manage the service, the operator provides a special section on the official website of the company. Here are the commands that you can find there: * 500 * 1 # and 500. Using the first one, you can receive information in the form of a USSD message, and the second one will allow you to find out the balance status through a voice message. However, if you do not call the number 500, but send an SMS, then you will also receive information through a message. In this case, in the text of the sent SMS, indicate the Latin letter A. By the way, you can manage the service through the portal * 111 # (in it, select the item under the name "Opportunities").
