The memory of a mobile phone and a SIM card is limited, therefore, having collected a certain number of messages, the device stops receiving and creating new ones. To free up memory space, delete unnecessary SMS, for example, sent ones.

Mobile phone with a SIM card
Instructions
Step 1
Switch on your phone. Through the general menu go to the "Messages" folder, then - "SMS" (or "MMS") - "Sent". If you are not going to delete all messages in a row, open only unnecessary ones. Then press the "Options" button (on the left) and select the "Delete" command. When asked by the phone, confirm your choice of command.
Repeat this operation with all unnecessary messages.
Step 2
To delete all sent messages indiscriminately (if you are sure that there is nothing you need there), again through the menu go to the "Messages" folder - "SMS" (or "ММС"), then find the "Delete" command. In the list that appears, select the appropriate items ("Outbox"). In some phone models, it is proposed to separately delete messages saved on the SIM card, separately messages from the phone memory. Confirm your choice.
