Step 1
If you want to change your tariff plan, read the terms of its provision and the list of services. Please note that the range of services, tariff plans and fees differ depending on the region. Therefore, when receiving information, be sure to check if it is valid for residents of your region.

To get more detailed information about the new tariff, you can use the official website of OJSC MegaFon. When loading the page, on the top panel, select the area in which your personal account is registered, for example, St. Petersburg.

Move the cursor over the inscription "Rates" and select the appropriate item. The loading of a new page will immediately begin, where there will be a list of various tariff plans.
Step 4
You can sort the list depending on your preferences, for example, you communicate most with subscribers from other cities or even countries. Click on the tab with this option, then select the required tariff plan. Here you can get information about calls, SMS messages, subscription fees and other services.
Step 5
Change your tariff plan by sending a message to 000500. The text should contain the question you are interested in or a request to change the tariff. This service is valid for individuals only. If you represent a legal entity, to change the tariff, contact the corporate customer service office.
Step 6
Change the tariff using the self-service system called "Service Guide". To do this, go to the official website of the company, indicate your region, find the corresponding link to log in to the system, and enter your data. After that, in the main menu, find the "Tariffs" parameter and put a tick in front of the tariff plan that interests you. Finally, confirm and save the changes.
