Step 1
If you are a Megafon subscriber, you can turn off unlimited SMS using the command * 111 * 86 #, as well as by sending a message to 000105860. If you are connected to MTS, use the short command * 111 * 2130 #. You can also disconnect from this service by sending a message with the text 2130,000 to number 111. Beeline subscribers can disable the service of unlimited messages by calling 0674090130 or 067406060.
Step 2
Call your operator's support center. For MTS this number is 8-800-250-0890, for Beeline - 0611, and for Megafon - 8 800 333-05-00. Put your keyboard in touchtone mode, and then follow all the instructions in the voice menu. Focus on the section related to services, their connection and disconnection. If you have any difficulties, use the operator's help by pressing 0. Give the full name of the owner of the number on which you want to disable the service, as well as all other data that the operator will ask for. After that, request a list of services that you have connected and inform those that you would like to disable. Keep in mind that, depending on the time of day, the waiting time for the operator's response can range from a minute to half an hour.
Step 3
If the above methods do not suit you, contact the branch of the operator to which you are connected, located near you. To do this, go to his official website. As a rule, it is indicated on the package from the SIM card given to you upon connection. Otherwise, use a search engine. Select your region, and then go to the "Contacts" section. Find the address of the branch closest to you, and then visit it, taking your SIM card and passport with you. Ask your consultant to deactivate the unlimited messaging service.
