Step 1
The service of sending and receiving MMS is enabled by default for most subscribers. The only exceptions can be customers who connected a very long time ago, when MMS did not exist yet, and since then have never changed either the SIM card or the tariff plan. If you are one of those, contact the support service of your operator and ask if you have this service enabled. If not, order its inclusion. Perhaps you will be informed that the service of connecting services through the support service is paid, in this case, ask to dictate or send an SMS-message USSD-command for self-activation of the service, and then dial it.

MMS may not be configured on your machine or the recipient's machine. First of all, you should make sure that this feature is available in both phones. By the way, their appearance does not say anything about the presence of this function. If the MMS function is present, but not configured, you need to contact the operator's support service again and ask to send an MMS configuration message indicating the model of the device. When the message arrives, open it and select the menu item intended to save the settings.

The standard for MMS provides for the total volume of all files in one message not exceeding 300 kilobytes. There may also be restrictions on sending MMS between operators, cities and countries. On major holidays, MMS messages sent at an unlimited tariff may not reach, or they may be charged anyway. Some operators also do not support sending MMS to email.
Step 7
On all days, MMS messages sent at an unlimited rate can arrive with a significant delay, sometimes several hours. It should also be noted that if you use unlimited Internet on your mobile phone, sending files in most cases is more rational through it, and not through MMS.
