Use the following technology to solder the mosfet transistor. Use two soldering irons to solder the transistor. One should be at 65 W, heat the source of the transistor with it, the second at 36 W should have a wide sting, heat two outputs at once - the source and the gate.

Step 2

To make it easier to evaporate the transistor, first fill the space around the mosfet with a small amount of alcohol rosin. After warming up the terminals of the transistor until the solder begins to melt, sharply lift the mosfet case with two soldering irons. It will fly off not far to the side.

Step 3

Use one 40W soldering iron. Warm it up and lift the shutter and source, then raise the drain, unsolder the shutter and source to the end. Here you need to help yourself with a toothpick, but do everything smoothly, if you make a sharp movement, you can break off the leg of the transistor.

Step 4

Most importantly: unsolder the transistor so that the contact pads do not come off. When you warm up the drain of the transistor, you can put a piece of paper between it and the board, when it fits completely and separates the drain from the board, then the legs of the transistor can be easily unsoldered without breaking out of the case.

Step 5

Tap the transistor using rosin or solder fat at worst, and alcohol rosin fluxes or soldering iron at best. You can also try to solder the transistor with a Weller hot air gun.

Step 6

Use foil to protect the elements from unwanted heat. You can remove the mosfets with a construction hairdryer: before heating, apply a drop of alcohol rosin to each terminal, heat it from below with a hairdryer, from a distance of three to five centimeters.

Step 7

When the solder floats to the contact pad, stop heating and remove the transistor with tweezers. To protect the capacitors from overheating, make cylindrical aluminum shields from non-working capacitors. If you are doing hot air soldering, put them on the nearby condensers.
