Instructions
Step 1
Insert an A4 sheet into the slot on the fax cover to send the document to Russia. Wait for the click to occur. The paper is inserted correctly when it is stuck in the slot.
Step 2
Lift the handset and dial the subscriber's number. To send documents to Russia, press the "seven" button, then the area code (three, four or five digits) and the subscriber's number. When tone dialing is on or digital communication is working, you do not need to wait for a dial tone after entering seven. If the fax is intended for a Moscow recipient, specify in which zone the telephone is located. Recently, the capital has been divided into two halves with different codes - 499 and 495.
Step 3
After calling, introduce yourself, name your organization. Ask to receive a fax. Wait for your opponent to say "start". After that, press the "start" button on the panel of your device. If the paper crawls through the roller, everything is in order - the transfer has begun. If the connection is reset, the sheet will stop and the display will show a message about the malfunction.
Step 4
To check if the document arrived, do not hang up. As soon as the transmission stops, you will be connected to the subscriber at the other end of the line and will be able to ask all your questions.
Step 5
Follow the same steps to send documents to a fax in automatic transmission and reception mode. You just don't need to wait for the operator's answer. As soon as you get through, you will hear an automatic voice that will ask you to perform the necessary manipulations. To start sending the document, press the desired number on the machine panel and the "start" button. Then you can hang up the phone.
Step 6
If you hear a characteristic sharp sound in the receiver, there is no need to press additional digits on the fax panel. Click on "start" and the document will be transferred.
