Find out which mobile operator a subscriber uses in Belarus. You can either personally ask him or determine by the beginning of his phone number. The main operators operating on the territory of the Republic of Belarus are Velcom, Life (formerly Best) and MTS-Russia. +375 is the international code of the Republic. Using the next three digits, determine the operator: 29 2, 29 5, 29 7, 29 8 or 33 - MTS numbers; 29 1, 29 3, 29 6, 29 9, 44 - Velcom numbers; 25 - operator Life.
Step 2
When sending SMS from Russia to Belarus using a mobile phone, check the correctness of its spelling in your phone book. It must start with a code in the international format: +375. The next two / three digits indicate the operator, followed by the telephone number. It consists of thirteen characters in total.
Step 3
Dial the SMS message in the usual way. Select the subscriber's number from the phone book. Feel free to send the necessary message to it.

If you have a computer with Internet access, use the opportunity to send SMS from Russia to Belarus for free. Go to the website of the operator serving your friend in Belarus. For MTS and Velcom, the link to the page for sending a message is located directly on the main page of the site: "Send SMS / MMS from the Internet." Click on it, a special form will open. Please note that only the company's subscribers can use this service on the MTS website. If you are sending a message via Velcom, check with the receiving subscriber if the function of receiving SMS from the Internet is enabled.

To send an SMS message to Belarus from the website of the operator Life, go to https://sms.life.com.by/. Enter the recipient's mobile phone and message text. The Cyrillic message has a limit of 70 characters. For the Latin alphabet, it is 160 characters. You can also use the Transliteration function to convert the text to Latin. Use the Calendar feature to set a deadline for sending a message if you don't want to send it right away. Enter the security code and feel free to use the "Send message" button.
