You can configure the router or view its status and statistics using a regular Internet browser such as Internet Explorer. To do this, you need to enter the address of the router in the same way as you enter the addresses of the Internet pages.
Instructions
Step 1
Open a browser and enter the address of the router in the address bar, you can see it in the instructions. For example, common models have the following addresses:
D-Link
Beeline and TRENDnet
Netgear, ZyXEL and ASUS
Step 2
In the window that opens, enter your username and password. The standard username and password are specified in the instructions for the router. The following standard settings are commonly used:
D-Link: login - admin, leave the password blank
ASUS, TRENDnet and Beeline: login - admin, password - admin
Zyxel: login - admin, password - 1234
Netgear: login - admin, password - password
Step 3
If the standard settings have been changed, then enter the new username and password. If you do not know this data, then reset the router settings with the reset button, which is located near the antenna, and enter the standard username and password.
